Events and Bookings

Day Pass

$10

Get a Day Pass to nonstop gaming fun — play all day, switch consoles anytime, and enjoy access to our concession bar (snacks and drinks sold separately). If you join a tournament, the event fee still applies.

Events

Jump into our tournaments with a $10 venue fee and a $5 event fee (varies by tournament). The venue fee gets you in the lounge to play, and the event fee fuels the prize pool. Want to cheer from the sidelines? Spectators pay $10 venue fee too — it helps cover the space and equipment and keeps the gaming vibes going for everyone! Snacks and drinks are available at our concession bar (sold separately).

Host an unforgettable gaming party for up to 30 gamers, featuring 2 hours of nonstop gameplay on Xbox, PS5, or Nintendo Switch. Perfect for birthdays, celebrations, and special events.

1. What is the deposit amount, and is it refundable?

  • The deposit amount is the full balance of your booking package. This is non-refundable.
     

2. Can I change the booking date after it has been confirmed?

  • Yes, you can request a change of the booking date up to 7 days before the original booking date. Requests made within 7 days of the booking date may not be accommodated.
     

3. What if the equipment is damaged during my event?

  • The client who signs the agreement is responsible for the proper use and care of all equipment provided. Any damage to the equipment resulting from the client's negligence will be the client's responsibility. The client will be liable for the cost of repairing or replacing any damaged equipment.
     

4. How will I be charged for any damages to the equipment?

  • In the event of equipment damage caused by negligence, the credit card used for the reservation can be charged for repair or replacement costs. By signing the agreement, the client authorizes the use of their credit card for such charges.

 At PVP Gaming Zone, we strive to create an enjoyable and safe environment for all our guests. To ensure everyone has a great experience, we ask that all participants adhere to the following policies regarding the use and care of our equipment and general conduct.


1. Respect for Equipment

  • Handle with Care: All gaming consoles, controllers, and accessories must be handled with care. Any intentional damage or misuse of equipment will result in immediate removal from the facility and may incur repair or replacement costs.
     
  • No Unauthorized Modifications: Do not attempt to modify or alter any equipment. This includes tampering with console settings, controllers, or any other gaming accessories.
     
  • Report Issues: If you notice any malfunctioning equipment or damage, please report it to a staff member immediately. This helps us maintain a high-quality gaming experience for everyone.
     

2. Following Policies

  • Adherence to Rules: All participants must follow the rules and guidelines set by PVP Gaming Zone. These include respecting game time limits, adhering to age-appropriate game restrictions, and following staff instructions at all times.
     
  • No Food or Drinks Near Equipment: To prevent damage, no food or drinks are allowed near the gaming stations. Please use designated areas for eating and drinking.
     
  • Behavioral Expectations: We expect all guests to act respectfully toward others. This includes no harassment, bullying, or inappropriate language. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises.
     
  • Follow Safety Guidelines: Ensure that you follow all posted safety guidelines, including maintaining a safe distance from screens and using controllers as intended.
     

3. Consequences of Non-Compliance

  • Immediate Action: Any violation of the above policies may result in immediate termination of your gaming session and removal from PVP Gaming Zone.
     
  • Liability for Damages: Guests who damage equipment will be held financially responsible for repairs or replacement costs.
     
  • Suspension of Privileges: Repeated violations may lead to a temporary or permanent ban from PVP Gaming Zone, depending on the severity of the infractions.
     

4. Staff Authority

  • Final Say: PVP Gaming Zone staff have the final say on all matters related to equipment use and conduct. Guests are expected to promptly comply with staff decisions and instructions.
